The Inaugural Renegade Ride
In the summer of 2021, before we founded Rare Disease Renegades, we started to raise money to accelerate the science. My oldest child, Warwick, and I rode from Chatham, NJ across NYC to Long Beach, Long Island, NY. It was a 6 hour, 60 mile adventure and we were able to raise more than $32,000 for Cure Rare Disease through Facebook and direct donations. Come ride with us in the video below.
2022 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon/10 Miler
A team of 25 runners conquered the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and 10-Mile races on October 2, 2022. We raised more than $28,000 to help accelerate science. We are already looking forward to the 2023 race. If you want to run with us drop us a line!
Renegade Ride 2022
June 11th
We rode 25 miles in central New Jersey to raise money and awareness for rare diseases. Starting and finishing at Hilltop Bicycles in Madison, NJ with the post race party at Sunday Motor Cafe, 15 riders completed the loop around The Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge.
